Corn with Savory Lime Butter

  • 4 Meds Ears Fresh Scobey's Corn
  • 1/4 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 1/2 tsps Snipped Fresh Savory or Thyme (1/2 t if dried)
  • 1/2 tsp Finely Shredded Lime Peel


Remove husks from corn; scrub with a stiff brush to remove silks. Rinse. Cook, uncovered, in enough lightly salted boiling water to cover for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl thoroughly combine butter, savory or thyme, and lime peel. Serve herb butter with hot corn.
Store any remaining butter, covered, in the refrigerator.
